Event and hosts
The GLF will take place from 29 November to 1 December 2026 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Held under the royal patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Global Logistics Forum 2026 takes place in Riyadh from 29 November to 1 December 2026, in conjunction with the UNCTAD Global Supply Chain Forum. Hosted by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services, GLF brings together global leaders in trade, logistics and supply chains to address the challenges shaping the sector's future.
The Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services has overseen Saudi Arabia's transport sector since 1953, expanding over seven decades to cover roads, ports, railways and civil aviation. Renamed in 2021 to reflect its current mandate, MoTLS develops the Kingdom's integrated transport and logistics strategy, strengthens the sector's regulatory environment, and builds the investment and partnerships behind Saudi Arabia's logistics ambitions under Vision 2030.
The Global Logistics Forum 2026 is being held in conjunction with the UNCTAD Global Supply Chain Forum, further reinforcing Saudi Arabia's role in convening the world's foremost leaders, organizations and policymakers to shape the future of international logistics. Participation and registration
All registrations are subject to approval and reviewed on a rolling basis. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been approved. Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting the event team.
Retry using the official GLF registration page and check that all required fields have been completed. If the issue continues, contact registration@glforum.org and include your name, organization and a brief description or screenshot of the problem.
You can invite colleagues by sharing the official GLF registration link. Each participant must submit an individual registration, which will be subject to approval.

Media registration requests can be submitted by emailing media@glforum.org. Press access is subject to approval, and approved media representatives will receive confirmation and further instructions by email.
Visas and travel
Visa requirements depend on your nationality, residency status and travel documentation. Travelers should check their eligibility using the official Saudi eVisa portal or consult the nearest Saudi embassy before booking travel. Eligible nationalities can apply online for a Saudi tourist eVisa, which permits participation in events.
Visit the official Saudi eVisa portal and select your nationality to check whether you can apply online. Travelers who are not eligible for an eVisa should contact their nearest Saudi embassy or use the official Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa platform.
Requirements may vary by region, but travelers should generally carry:
A passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry
A valid visa or eVisa, where required
A digital or printed copy of the visa, where required
Any supporting documents required for the applicable visa category
Travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance covering medical treatment, travel disruption, cancellations and personal belongings. Participants should review any insurance included with their visa and consider additional cover based on their travel requirements.
Flights, accommodation, ground transportation, meals and other personal travel expenses are normally the responsibility of the attendee unless written confirmation of support has been provided as part of an invited speaker or delegation arrangement.
Hotels and transportation
A list of recommended hotels will be published closer to the event. Attendees will be responsible for making and paying for their own accommodation unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Early booking is recommended due to demand in Riyadh during major international events.
Registration and arrival times will be confirmed closer to the event.
Parking, drop-off and ground-transport information will be shared closer to the event once the final operational plan has been confirmed.
Details of any event shuttle services will be announced closer to the event.
At the venue
The GLF team is committed to supporting accessible attendance. Participants with specific accessibility requirements should contact the event team in advance so that the appropriate arrangements can be confirmed.
A cloakroom and luggage-storage facilities will be available at the event. Attendees are encouraged to avoid bringing large items unless necessary.
Badge-collection instructions will be emailed to approved attendees before the event. Please bring your registration confirmation and a valid form of identification.
Information about the official event app or digital attendee platform will be announced closer to the Forum. Any official platform will provide access to the latest program, speaker information and event updates.
Practical information about Riyadh
The local currency is the Saudi Riyal, abbreviated as SAR.
Riyadh follows Arabia Standard Time, UTC+3, throughout the year.
Saudi Arabia primarily uses Type G electrical sockets, with three rectangular pins. International visitors may need a travel adaptor.
Arabic is the official language. English is widely spoken in Riyadh, particularly in business, hospitality and major visitor destinations.
Riyadh generally experiences mild daytime conditions and cooler mornings and evenings at this time of year. Visit Saudi lists typical winter temperatures in Riyadh at approximately 13°C to 23°C. Attendees should pack light daytime clothing together with a jacket or additional layer for evenings and air-conditioned venues.
Business attire is recommended for all attendees. As the Forum takes place in Saudi Arabia, guests are encouraged to dress professionally and respectfully in line with local customs.
